1. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
We offer two return options based on time from the date of purchase:
- Within 60 days: Returns are accepted at the original invoice value.
- Within 180 days: Returns are accepted based on the current market value of the jewelry at the time of evaluation.
Any return request submitted after 180 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Bespoke & Custom Jewelry
Bespoke, customized, or made-to-order jewelry holds unique characteristics and emotional value. For this reason:
- Bespoke jewelry is eligible for return only at the current market value, regardless of whether the return is requested within 60 days.
- Invoice value refunds do not apply to bespoke or custom-made pieces.
3. Return Shipping Responsibility
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be shipped securely, insured, and packaged appropriately. Aueshah is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Authentication & Inspection
Every returned item undergoes a strict authentication and quality inspection process to verify originality, condition, and integrity.
Refunds will only be approved after the jewelry has been firmly authenticated. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or tampering may be rejected.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once authentication is completed and the return is approved, refund processing time may range from 1 day up to 40 days, depending on inspection results, payment method, and administrative procedures.

6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:
- Returns requested after 180 days from purchase.
- Jewelry that fails authentication or condition checks.
- Items returned without proper documentation or invoice reference.
- Misuse, intentional damage, or false claims.
